Overwrite files with same name: When the box next to this option is checked, files you upload from Google Drive will replace existing Dropbox files with the same name.However, only the files you select will be uploaded in your Dropbox account, not all the files that exist within these folders in your Google Drive. This means that if you select a file that is organized into a folder and parent folder, the file, folder, and parent folder will show in your Dropbox account. Keep folder structure: When the checkbox next to this option is checked, the uploaded files will be organized in the same folder structure they’re organized as in Google Drive.
